One of the key benefits of AuditFindings is the ability easily get the information that you need. One way of getting the information it so export it to Excel. From the Issues Tab, you can select all or some of the issues for export. This process is detailed below.
- Select Items to Export.
- Open the Issues Tab.
- (Optional) Use the Filter/Search function to limit the items. See this article for information on using the search function.
- Use the check box to the left to select the items to export. Using the top or bottom check box will select all items in the current view.
- Select Export .
- Save the exported file.
Once items are exported, AuditFindings does not track any changes to the data in the exported file. If you want to update AuditFindings with any changes that were made to the data in the file, you would need to import that data into AuditFindings to update the system's data.
