Add Files To Audits

Adding files to an audit is a good way to ensure the you maintain a copy of the original audit report.  In general, many files can be uploaded, but most users opt to upload only the audit report.  Either way, the process is outlined below.

From the Audits Tab

  • Select the audit to upload a document
  • Select the "upload" button
  • Browse to the local file to upload (.pdf, .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx)
  • Save or Upload

From the Files Tab

  • Select Upload Files
  • From the Assign To Audit: select the desired audit
  • Browse to the local file to upload (.pdf, .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx)
  • Save or Upload

    Asterisk One

This functionality doesn't appear to be available in the free version, but the comparison doesn't appear to list it as a feature in the paid version either.  Just wondering if it has been removed in the newest version?

The free starter account should be able to upload files to via the File tab.  The file attachment capability is available only on paid account, is it not available on the free Starter account.   Below is the section from the feature comparison.
