What happens if we downgrade from a paid to free account?

If you downgrade from a paid account to a free account, you will loose some functionality.  First, only one user will be able to access the account.  The primary user, identified in the Administration tab > User Management section, will be able to access all of the functions of the free account. However, the following features will no longer be available.

  • multi-user access
  • custom fields
  • tags
  • departmental tracking
