How can I monitor issue status changes?

There are several ways to monitor changes.  At anytime you can log into the Dashboard and see the status of various items.  If you are not assigned an issue and you would like to monitor a specific issue, you may select to "follow" an issue.  Here is an article on how to follow an issue.

Administrators can configure email notifications for various events, such as an item being changed, or becoming past due. Here is an article discussing the notification settings
