AuditFindings supports several access levels. The exact permissions available in your account can vary by configuration.
- Administrator: manages organization settings, users, permissions, and account configuration.
- Manager: manages assigned audit and issue work and may have broader visibility than a standard user.
- User: works with the audits and issues available to the user’s groups and permissions.
- Assignee: works on issues assigned to them and only sees or edits information allowed by the account’s access settings.
Administrators can further restrict fields or make them view-only for an access level. Open Admin > User Management to review users and groups, or ask an administrator if an option is unavailable.
