Attach an audit report to the audit it supports so authorized users can review the source documentation with the audit record.
Upload a report to an audit
- Sign in to AuditFindings.
- Open Audits and locate the audit.
- Open the audit’s edit view.
- In the audit’s upload or Files area, select Upload.
- Browse to the report on your computer and select it. Supported formats include .pdf, .doc, .docx, .xls, and .xlsx.
- Select Submit or the available save action, then close the upload or edit view.
Find uploaded reports
Uploaded documents remain associated with the audit and are also available from the Files area. Use Files when you need to locate documents across multiple audits, such as during a regulatory or external-audit request.
If Upload is unavailable or the file is rejected, confirm that you are editing the intended audit, that the file uses a supported format, and that your account has permission Current Files experience (v3.11–v3.12)
The Files area now includes a storage-used tracker, quick search, list/card views, extension-aware icons, clearer row and bulk actions, and an Uploaded By column. Text-only previews are available for .msg and .eml files. The Files tabs on audits and issues use the same storage accounting.
