Use the Audits list filters to find audits quickly by combining text, picklist, checkbox, and custom-field criteria. Filter changes remain in a draft state until you choose Search or Search & Close.
Open Filter/Search
- Open Audits.
- Select Filter/Search.
- Add one or more criteria, such as Audit ID, Audit Name, Description, Type, Conducted By, Tags, or configured custom fields.
- Choose Search to apply the filters while keeping the panel available, or Search & Close to apply them and close the panel.
Available filter types
- Contains — match text in a field.
- Picklists — choose one or more available values.
- Checkbox cards — filter conditions such as Has Open Issues, Has Past Due Issues, Has High Priority Issues, Has Medium Priority Issues, or Show Archived.
- Custom fields — use configured custom-select, direction, and custom-date fields when they are available in your account.
Examples
- Find audits with open and past-due work: select Has Open Issues and Has Past Due Issues.
- Find a specific audit: enter its Audit ID or part of its Audit Name in a Contains field.
- Find audits of one type and department: combine the relevant picklist and custom-field values.
- Review archived work: select Show Archived. Archived audits are excluded from the normal list.
Review and clear filters
Active filters appear as summary chips on the page. Select Filter/Search to edit the draft filters, then select Search or Search & Close to apply the changes. Use Clear to remove the active criteria. The results table also supports column configuration and horizontal scrolling when more fields are available.
