Unexpected quotes in text when pasting data from Excel.

In some cases, users that paste multi-line text from Excel will see additional quotes added tot the front and back of the paragraphs.   This only occurs if the cell in Excel has line breaks added by the user.  When pasting, Excel wraps this text in "quotes" in a CSV format.  You can see this behavior by pasting the text into a text editor such as Notepad (Windows) or TextEdit (Mac).

SOLUTION:

Option 1 - Access and use AuditFindings with a different browsers, specifically Chrome.  The Chrome browsers allows us to remove the quotes upon pasting the multi-line text.   Other browsers do not allow this at this time.

Option 2:  Import the information via the import function rather than pasting directly into the field.
