How does the Filter/Search feature work?

The Filter/Search feature allows the user to select specific criteria to limit the list of items displayed.  Click the Filter/Search button and the criteria available for that tab will be displayed.  The specific criteria available is provided in the following articles.

Once filtered, you can export issues to a spreadsheet.  The export capability allows you to easily get the data needed, such as for management requests, or external auditors and regulators. This article explains how to export items.
